Far Cry 2 IS boring. It’s repetitive. Did I mention that it’s repetitive? Oh yes, and it’s repetitive.. 72% of the way through Act 2 and I’m officially over it. Bring on GTA 4 on PC…. finally…

I couldn’t agree more on Far Cry 2. If I have to go through one more roadblock, I’m gonna lose it. I’ve also stopped on Act 2 and honestly have no inclination to go back… at least for a very long time.

But as for Left 4 Dead (and I’m speaking in terms of the Xbox version), its been great fun. It manages to do something most games tend to forget about… being an enjoyable and fun experience. It’s very simplistic compared to the other titles released this year, but what it does do, it does well. It runs well on Xbox Live, however, like other EA games (BF: Bad Company) it uses international servers. Great for international players, not so great for us. It manages to deal with the lag pretty well though, so the experience is not lost.
